With close to two decades in the fitness Industry, I'm on Global Morning News as a fitness expert as well as a former writer for Weight Watchers and currently a local health magazine. I accept trainees who are brand new to exercise, and those who are seasoned athletes. Regardless of your level, I can find a way to work with you to create a worthwhile experience.
