Lila Shakti believes that to question, to inquire, to seek understanding is a core part of what it means to be human. Whether it’s at home or away on a retreat, they are always inspired by the experiences of life. Lila Shakti is a qualified yoga teacher who was based in Bali, Indonesia. As a teacher, her goal is to facilitate the student's mind-body connection through breath and mindful movement, providing space for the student to explore their inner-self on a deeper level. With her hands-on and caring teaching style, Lila designs her classes to allow students to explore their range of motion and capabilities with each class’s focus. Her classes are both challenging and fun with an emphasis on physical alignment. She believes that yoga should be accessible to everyone and offers modifications to suit every student’s ability. She specializes in; flexibility training, back bending and strength conditioning.
The conviction of Nara Kasih is that the core of a healthy person is the wellbeing of their body, mind and soul. This is their focus in life and what motivates them every day. Nara Kasih is a qualified yoga teacher based in Bali, Indonesia. She is a retreat organizer, meditation teacher and facilitator of YTT 200H since 2018.
