Schedules: Retreat schedules are light-hearted and tailored to your wishes, leaving plenty of time for you to relax and explore beautiful Bali! Here's a sample schedule: 8am - 9.30am: Morning Yoga or Meditation to awaken the senses, connect with your body, mind and spirit. 9.30am: Vegetarian Breakfast & Green Juice to nourish the belly 11am - 3pm: Excursions to explore sacred temples, rivers and mountains of Bali 3 - 5pm: Free Time to rest, read or enjoy retail therapy in Ubud centre 5pm - 6.30pm: Afternoon Restorative Yin Yoga & Meditation to restore followed by a Detox Jamu Jamu drink to cleanse the digestive system 7pm: 60 min Balinese massage or facial to relax and rejuvenate *Schedule will be subject to change - depending on chosen retreat.
Our schedules are light-hearted; each day includes relaxing yoga and meditation, detox juices throughout the day, spa sessions, and plenty of down time for you to relax and explore blissful Bali!
Our packages include a delicious nourishing breakfast every day, and we have a wonderful restaurant to order any additional meals.
