7 day retreat in a peaceful, inspiring environment. Come by yourself, bring your partner, sibling, child, parent or friend. The Yoga philosophy is meant to help an individual grow. Yoga is holistic, so it can help with everything that you face in live. One of the most energy consuming struggles we deal with has to do with our relations with others. This week is about loosening up and letting go. With fun games, physical activities, teachings and self reflection we learn to work on ourselves. By doing this we make our relationships, and by that, our lives, a little bit easier. In this retreat we do practices such as Asana, Pranayama and Meditation and use topics from ancient Yoga philosophy, such as Patanjali Yoga Sutras and Bhavas.
