Get Fit while Having Fun - Wellness Retreat


I'm known for my challenging, fun programs and make sure trainees have a blast while getting fit! My clientele ranges from age 18 - beyond 80, both men and women and I'm perfectly apt to cater to those with injuries. I recognize the importance of a positive mindset on any fitness journey and always make sure my clients feel confident in our sessions. No matter your level, from beginner to advanced, you can count on necessary modifications. A personal trainer by profession, it's my job and passion to ensure you are safe while doing the exercises with proper form. I've trained small groups from 3-5 people as well as large groups up to 65 at a time. All sessions end with a wonderful stretch and can be conducted either in or outdoor depending on your preference. I provide all equipment unless you specify otherwise. Everyone leaves my 45 minute sessions wanting MORE and it's always my pleasure to provide!

*Price is Per Group for a maximum of 8 *Workout/ workshops = 3.5 - 4 hours per day. Retreat Day Example (open to customization) Wake up in the morning with a 20 minute mindfulness gratitude practice. Enjoy complimentary 'Rise and Shine Energy bites' as you ease into your day with a 1 hour hour city or nature exploration walk or hike. Breathe in the fresh air as you warm up your body getting ready for an energizing workout. Experience a 1 hour high quality training session either indoors or outdoors, that focuses on bodyweight, resistance band and partner exercises then unwind with a 20 minute partner assisted relaxing stretch and 20 minute guided visualization. Sum up your morning with a delicious protein shake. *workouts are catered to all levels of fitness. I deliver lower or higher intensity workouts based on your request.
