RetreatMi – Influencer Affiliate General Terms and Conditions
Please read these terms and conditions carefully before agreeing to take part in the Influencer Affiliate Program:
Welcome to RetreatMi! By participating in our Influencer Program, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
1. Program Duration:
- The Influencer Program Agreement is effective as of the date of account approval and will be reviewed every quarter.
2. Responsibilities:
- To access net rates (up to 20% discount), you agree to post a minimum of 10 stories and 1 static post every quarter. This should include a destination feature linking to our page, a post about RetreatMi, and a clear presentation of our brand (brand kit will be provided upon approval).
3. Booking Process:
- Accommodations can be booked at net rates by emailing
influencer@retreatmi.com. Please note you are not restricted to RetreatMi specific accommodation and wellness resorts. We have access to net rates for all accommodations around the world and therefore will always look to achieve a better than market rate for your stays.
4. Approval Criteria:
- Influencers must have a minimum following of 25,000 on TikTok or Instagram, align with our target demographics, and adhere to approval criteria determined by RetreatMi.
5. Affiliate Program:
- Influencers have the option to participate in our Affiliate Program. Link our destinations in your shop, offer a 5% discount to your followers, and earn a 5% commission for completed trips. RetreatMi reserves the right to modify the terms at any time.
6. Content Ownership and Usage Rights:
- In consideration of participating in the Influencer Program, the Influencer grants RetreatMi LTD the rights to use any content created by the Influencer for promotional and marketing purposes. RetreatMi LTD retains these rights at no additional cost.
7. Termination:
- Either party may terminate the agreement with written notice for a material breach.
8. Confidentiality:
- Influencers agree to keep confidential all information obtained during the agreement.
9. Governing Law:
- This agreement is governed by the laws of the United Kingdom.
By participating in the Influencer Program, you acknowledge and agree to abide by these terms and conditions.
