Like our other retreats, this one blends the structure of a bootcamp with the ease of a laid-back, luxurious getaway. You’ll build strength, boost your fitness, and still have plenty of time to relax, connect, and soak up the best of the Algarve.

A typical day during Fit Fun Escape

Wake up to the golden Algarve sun and enjoy a nourishing breakfast with fresh, local ingredients.

After that the day kicks off with an energising group workout—whether it’s strength training, HIIT or mobility work, you’ll be guided by expert trainers who keep it fun and effective.

By mid-morning it’s time to explore! Luz is alive, and you can enjoy paddle boarding through crystal-clear waters, hiking coastal trails or cycling scenic landscapes. Trust us...staying active has never felt this good!

Afternoons are for balance. Refuel with a wholesome lunch then jump in the pool, lounge in the sun or take a siesta (you earned it!). Later, you might join a restorative yoga session or mindset workshop to strengthen both body and mind.

As the sun sets, we’ll gather for a delicious, chef-prepared dinner. Bulk laughs and seconds are encouraged.

This is fitness, fun, and relaxation— perfectly balanced.

Ryan Smith

Ryan is an online transformation coach with a passion for levelling up body and mind. A former pro rugby player and bodybuilding competitor, he’s helped over 2,000 clients including (athletes and celebrities) achieve their fitness goals.

Known for his high-energy vibe, Ryan also holds a Guinness World Record and takes on fitness challenges for charity.


Manuela Izaacs

Manuela is a passionate yoga teacher with over a decade of experience. Originally from Namibia, she spent 18 years in the Cayman Islands before settling in Lagos. Her dynamic and enriching classes blend anatomy, philosophy, meditation, breathwork and Ayurveda. She’s excited to share her practice and connect with Vida Boa guests!
