Meet YOur Host

Dr Yamuna

Yamuna’s path in yoga began over two decades ago, in 2003. What started as a personal practice has since blossomed into a life-long dedication to the holistic science of yoga. With an E-RYT 500 certification from Yoga Alliance International, she has been teaching since 2015, blending her unique expertise as both a healer and a guide.

Before immersing fully in the world of yoga, Yamuna spent 11 years training as a medical doctor in the UK, specializing in Radiology. Her medical journey has given her a profound and unparalleled understanding of the human body.
